Stefanie Skelton
Hi! I'm Stefanie, and I'm passionate about helping moms and moms-to-be stay active, strong, and confident throughout pregnancy and postpartum. I've lived an active lifestyle for most of my life and have been a CrossFit athlete since 2018. My journey took a beautiful turn when I became pregnant with my first child in 2022. I quickly fell in love with the process of taking care of my body and mindset throughout pregnancy. Staying active not only kept me strong physically but also helped me navigate the mental and emotional challenges of motherhood.
When I became pregnant again in 2023, I embraced the same approach, remaining active and training through my second pregnancy. Now, as a mom of two boys just 15 months apart, I truly understand the demands of motherhood and the importance of movement in postpartum recovery.
My goal is to support, educate, and inspire women to embrace their strength, whether they're expecting, newly postpartum, or navigating the challenges of motherhood. I believe that fitness isn't just about exercise — it's about feeling empowered, confident, and capable in your body at every stage.
